The targeted hiring range for this position is $11.13 - $14.04 per hour depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Wait Assistants help our servers and bartenders maintain impeccable and timely customer service by setting tables, serving, placing and replacing silverware, keeping beverage glasses full, adhering to sanitation and safety policies, and clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and the environment.
