POSITION : 12 month School Secretary - Middle School Provisional Appointment pending the results of the Civil Service Exam
SKILLS: Good knowledge of office terminology, procedures and equipment. Must be organized and handle routine administrative details independently and attention to detail. Ability to to use office software programs including google docs and google sheets. Ability to prepare and maintain program records and routine reports. Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. To establish and maintain highly confidential information from various sources.
QUALIFICATIONS : Associates degree or higher, and/or two (2) years of related clerical experience.
SALARY : $32,428.11
