Vaco is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a growing organization located in the Mesa, AZ area.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct advanced financial and operational analysis, including KPI reporting, variance analysis, and ROI evaluations, to support business decision-making and transparency.
• Enhance and develop tools for cash flow projections, working capital analysis, and ERP reporting to improve financial planning and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Manager and CFO to support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis across product lines and business entities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 6+ years of experience in financial analysis with a strong understanding of accounting principles as well.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems
• Salary $110k- $120k
