• Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate sales performance, marketing spend, ROI, and pipeline conversion metrics.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to provide data-driven insights, forecasts, and recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
• Support the annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting processes for revenue and marketing expenses.
• Analyze customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, campaign effectiveness, and channel profitability.
• Track and report on sales pipeline metrics in collaboration with Sales Operations, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards summarizing performance, KPIs, and scenario analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Finance, BI) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment in financial reporting.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy of reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 4–6+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial teams (Sales & Marketing) and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious with a problem-solving mindset.
