Job Responsibilities Strategic planning, execution, and optimization of loyalty programs and email marketing communications. Manage end-to-end email campaigns and loyalty promotions, from concept to implementation. Develop promotional calendars and creative content, including copy and design. Enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and sales to support the Lottery's mission. Location and Schedule Based at Sacramento headquarters, with flexible telework options. Must be able to report to the office as needed. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the employee. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 6+ years of marketing experience, including 4+ years in email marketing. Proficiency in email content creation, list management, automation, and best practices. 3+ years in loyalty marketing with a high-profile consumer brand. Experience with enterprise email platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign). Strong HTML skills preferred. Ability to analyze data, manage multiple projects, and use design tools and Microsoft Office. Additional Information A current Senior Marketing Specialist exam is required.
