An industry leading IT/Telecom Managed Services company is seeking to hire an experienced Service Coordinator in Atlanta, GA. Hiring client has a successful track record of sustained YOY growth, a progressive and collaborative work culture and opportunity for advancement!

Ideal candidate would have 3+ years of experience in dispatch or coordination of service and installation of IT/Telecom, Low-Voltage or related technology solutions.

Responsibilities & Skills:

Create job work orders
Document and communicate scope of work for service and installation
Communicate and coordinate schedule with clients, contractors and third party stakeholders
Coordinate and schedule internal technicians and third party subcontractors
Work with project management and technical support teams for successful outcomes
Provide subcontractors with quality of work feedback
Close jobs and invoice customers
Follow-up on vendor payment inquires
Highly skilled in time management
Proficient in detail-oriented communication
Professional customer service skills
Experience in ConnectWise platform a plus
