Voice & Speech Therapy Center is a growing pediatric practice in Culver City specializing in early intervention, preschool and school-age speech and language services, and parent coaching. We are known for our supportive culture, strong referral base (Regional Center, pediatricians, private families), and an environment where clinicians can truly focus on high-quality care.

We provide both in-clinic and in-home (EI) services with a collaborative team and strong administrative support.

Who We’re Looking For

A warm, dedicated SLP who:

• Loves working with infants, young children and teenagers
• Enjoys a mix of  clinic-based and  in-home early intervention
• Uses play-based, naturalistic, and family-centered approaches
• Values a supportive, organized, low-drama work environment
• Wants a stable pediatric caseload with consistent referrals and mentorship

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric evaluations
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide early intervention, preschool, and school-age therapy (clinic + in-home)
• Coach parents and caregivers to support generalization
• Collaborate with families, Regional Center coordinators, and educational teams
• Complete timely, organized documentation (with admin support)

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP license
• Pediatric experience preferred
• EI experience or comfort with in-home services is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
