Key Responsibilities

• Snow Removal: Clear snow from residential and commercial properties to ensure safe access.
• General Handyman Tasks: Perform basic repairs and maintenance work as needed.
• Safety: Follow safety standards during all work activities to ensure a safe environment.
• Customer Service: Maintain clear communication with property owners and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintenance Reporting: Report any additional maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a handyman or in a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with snow removal or outdoor maintenance is a plus.
