Our mission is to empower brands and inspire innovation through original designs and thoughtful storytelling. To support this mission, we are seeking a Social Media Manager / Content Creator to lead and organize our social media presence across multiple platforms and brands.

Position Summary
We are looking for a creative, organized, and strategic individual to manage our social media efforts. As a Social Media Manager / Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies for our brands. This includes creating high-quality, engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn while maintaining a cohesive brand presence.

Your expertise in social media, content creation, and organization will help us build a strong online presence, foster community engagement, and drive growth across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including the development of a comprehensive content calendar.
• Produce high-quality photos, videos, and posts tailored to each platform, showcasing our products and brands creatively.
• Engage with our audience and maintain strong relationships with influencers, customers, and industry partners.
• Monitor and manage social media accounts, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Provide data-driven insights and reports to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
• Create and edit compelling video content, including product showcases and lifestyle stories.
• Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to coordinate email marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.

Skills and Qualifications

• Deep understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Familiarity with social media planning tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, or Buffer)
• Exceptional copywriting and communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
• Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns
• TikTok for Business expertise
• Graphic design skills for social media

Work Location: Hybrid (Remote with occasional in-office meetings or content creation sessions)

Schedule: Monday to Friday
