Job Description
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team in Tempe, Arizona, focused on managing and expanding our social media channels for all business units. The ideal candidate will work closely with other creative team members, including content writers, videographers, and graphic designers, to generate engaging content for our social media platforms. This position involves a high level of interaction with various teams and requires a candidate with strong social media management skills.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all social media platforms for each of our four business units, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and podcasts.
• Establish new social media channels for any business unit that currently lacks them.
• Collaborate with creative teams to source content for social media posts.
• Identify gaps in social media coverage and propose effective solutions.
• Utilize social media management tools to schedule and post across all channels.
• Determine growth objectives for each social media channel and business unit, including setting timelines.
• Regularly update on the progress of the set goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, explaining the initiatives, reasons for not meeting or exceeding goals, and corrective measures taken.
• Apply a B2B approach in social media management.
• Ensure all social media content aligns with our brand and business objectives.
• Use corporate social media to engage with our audience, build our online presence, and increase brand awareness.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in using Corporate Social Media for business purposes
• Demonstrable skills in creating and managing Social Media Campaigns
• Ability to utilize various Social Media Channels effectively for product promotion
• Experience in curating engaging Social Media Content
• Proficiency in creating appealing Social Media Graphics
• Knowledge of various Social Platforms and their usage for business growth
• Strong understanding of Social Networking strategies for business development
• Experience in BtoB - Business to Business operations
• Ability to create and manage Branded Content effectively
• Creative skills in developing Digital Content for product marketing
• Proficiency in managing Web Content for product promotion
