Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics: Membership Conversion –you understand how to coach and motivate your spa team to educate and delight your clients, so they join our Lifestyle Program. Revenue –you understand how to drive revenue via scheduling, marketing and upgrading services. Recruiting –you are passionate about building a team of passionate spa professionals! Operations –you measure and deliver results, create a strong member base, and deliver a consistently excellent client experience!
