WHO YOU ARE

You are a determined and enthusiastic Education professional who will act as the Director, communicating and building relationships with families, supervising a team of education professionals, and assisting employees in succeeding in their roles.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Academy Performance - Assist in the planning and implementation of goal setting by integrating current education and special education best practices Compliance - Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards as well as state and federal regulatory requirements Supervision - Supervise, manage, and evaluate education staff at all Hope Academy locations, conducting monthly check-in visits to ensure student progress and compliance External Communication - Communicate effectively and regularly with faculty, staff, parents and students and document in accordance with Hope's policies and procedures Other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
