Registered Nurse (RN) - Wound Care
Annual Salary: Competitive, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with 2+ years of experience
Location: Round Rock, TX
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Join the dedicated team at the facility in Round Rock as a Registered Nurse specializing in Wound Care. This role offers a permanent position with day shifts, ensuring you play a crucial part in providing top-tier patient care.

Day-to-day of the role:
Conduct clinical assessments maintaining the highest standard of practice.
Be proactive in designing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.
Take part in initiatives to improve quality and performance.
Build therapeutic relationships with both patient and family.
Engage in collaborative and mutual work with colleagues and the community.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Completion of an associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
Holding an effective Registered Nurse licensure.
Must have Basic Life Support certification or obtain it within 30 days of starting the job.
Must have BLS and a current Wound Care Certification from an Accredited Wound Care Certification Course.
At least 2 years of clinical experience in professional nursing care principles, practice, and procedures.
Knowledge of various wound and ostomy treatments with a background in a clinic situation with a primary setting of adult care with chronic medical problems.
Ability to recognize signs and/or symptoms to quickly provide emergency care, if needed.
