We’re looking for a Studio Assistant to join our dynamic creative team. This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for someone who loves organization as much as creativity, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for textiles and design.

What You’ll Do

Sample Library Management

• Keep our sample library organized and up to date.
• Manage weekly memo restocks and process sample returns.
• Coordinate memo reorders and maintain inventory in Airtable.
• Prepare and ship new collection launches to sales reps.
• Build and maintain complete sample sets for the sales team.

Office Operations

• Manage office supplies and maintain an organized workspace.
• Assist the sourcing and design teams with filing and hanger organization.
• Help prepare new textile samples for review.
• Support with special projects, client gifts, and shipments.

Client CFA (Cutting for Approval) Process

• Oversee the full CFA process, ensuring timely sample delivery to clients.
• Send CFAs within one business day of receipt.
• Partner with purchasing to track client approvals and manage follow-ups.
• Conduct weekly audits to confirm CFAs are logged and processed.
• Maintain detailed CFA records and share daily summary reports.
