You'll prepare sterile instruments, maintain a safe environment, and ensure everything is ready for successful procedures. **What you will do:** + Set up and maintain sterile fields for surgery + Pass instruments, anticipate surgeon needs, and handle specimens + Perform sponge, needle, and instrument counts + Clean OR post-procedure and prepare tools for sterilization **What you will need:** + Completion of accredited surgical tech training program. + National Board of Surgical Technology (NBSTA) Certification must be obtained within 1 year of completion of program. + High School Diploma + CPR certification or able to obtain within 60 days + 2 years of surgical tech experience preferred **Apply today and help provide safe, life-changing care in our operating rooms!** **Our Commitment** Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
