About the Role

This role is for our Beverly Hills Flagship Store. We are seeking a skilled Tailor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sewing and altering garments to meet our high standards of quality and design.

Responsibilities

  • Alter garments according to specifications.
  • Ensure all sewing tasks are completed with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with Master Tailor to understand garment requirements.
  • Maintain sewing equipment and tools in good working condition.
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards in the workplace.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Formal training in sewing or fashion design is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in sewing techniques and fabric types.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of garment fitting and alterations.
  • Familiarity with industrial sewing machines.

Pay range and compensation package

The salary for this position ranges from $20-$23 per hour annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a part time position working between 20-28 hours per week.
