Telephone Interviewer Call Center - Nights and Weekends

 

This is an ONSITE position working in our Houston, TX call center.

Part-time hours & Flexible scheduling! A perfect job for students, retirees, professionals, side-hustlers, gig workers, and the rest!

Walk-in interview hours: Mon-Wed 12-5pm

Location: 7324 Southwest Freeway Suite 1800, Arena Towers Two Houston, Tx 77074

Arena Towers Two is located behind the Arena Theater.

VISITORS PARKING AVAILABLE IN GARAGE.

What you'll do : 

As a Survey Research Telephone Interviewer, you will conduct outbound calls and survey respondents on a wide variety of topics. Telephone Interviewers collect survey data by phone and complete the following duties on a daily basis: making outbound phone calls, reading a script verbatim, asking questions to respondents, and recording responses. You will conduct telephone interviews, Polls, and Customer Satisfaction Surveys. Never any sales or collections. Be part of an exciting company and make a difference with your work!

Skill Requirements:  

• Good communication skills
• Professionalism in an office setting
• Comfortable talking on the phone
• Basic reading, computer, and typing skills
• Basic understanding of good customer service 
• The ability to adhere to our attendance policy

Experience 

• No experience necessary. Paid Training provided.
• Open to applicants under 18 years of age (16+ yrs old).

Schedules Available:  

Evening, and weekend hours available. 

• Choose your own schedule from the available shifts (18-40 hours per week).
• Evening shifts run from 4PM-11PM Monday - Friday, 10AM-6PM Saturday, 1PM-9PM Sunday.
• One weekend shift (Sat or Sun) required.

• Starting pay is $12 per hour. ($.50 premium for Spanish/English bilinguals)

ReconMR conducts scheduled interviews daily. Interviews take about 30 minutes and consist of basic interview questions and a reading assessment.  

Walk-in interview hours: Mon-Wed 12-5pm * Scheduled interviews are prioritized.
