-Assist with processing vehicle titles using the respective states/DMVS guidelines i a timely and accurate manner -Prepare documents and update existing loan records -Assist with communication between BCU and 3rd party partners for assistance of Title perfection or Product claims -Support and guide frontline departments with problem solving in a timely manner through emails and TEAMS -Review, sort and file all on-site mail to imaging or titles department -Engage and assist team with best member experience -Meet and exceed service level standards

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
