*Description*
* The tasks will be a hybrid between titles work and operational tasks for collections.
* Mail sorting, Printing letters, sending certified mail, reviewing reports and tracking title status, then sending communication and other tasks that may align in our areas.
* The company has impound mail coming in for liens on a title- would like this candidate to be comfortable making a few phone calls to reach out to insurance companies and impound lots, on behalf of members.
* Assist with processing vehicle titles using the respective states/DMVS guidelines i a timely and accurate manner
* Prepare documents and update existing loan records
* Support and guide frontline departments with problem solving in a timely manner through emails and TEAMS
* Review, sort and file all on-site mail to imaging or titles department

*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
MUST HAVES
* collections experience OR credit union or banking experience OR titles or registration experience
* Computer skills, MS Office
* HS Diploma or GED

This is a Contract position based out of Vernon Hills, IL.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
