**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) - Rotating Nights!**\n\n- Exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced Clinical Laboratory environment!\n- Perform routine and special laboratory assays on patient specimens to aid in diagnosis and treatment.\n- Engage in various microscopic, chemical, hematological, immunologic, and bacteriologic assays.\n- Operate and calibrate cutting-edge instruments and equipment according to preventive maintenance schedules.\n- Work the rotating night shift, 10 hours from 9:30pm to 7:30am, providing vital services when needed most.\n- Enjoy the adventure of living in beautiful surroundings; explore Basalt, Carbondale, & Glenwood Springs!\n- Seeking talents with a strong foundation in Medical Laboratory Technology, including:\n - Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology\n - Certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)\n - Successful completion of a supervised one-year clinical internship\n - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field\n- Preferred qualifications:\n - Experience with EPIC\n - Bilingual in Spanish\n\n- Important details:\n - Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing — be prepared for the winter housing market!\n - Housing costs typically around $3,500/month for a 1BR apartment in Basalt.\n - Must be healthy enough to function in a low oxygen environment (8k elevation).\n - No RTO accepted.\n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
