Traveling Federal QCM - $50M+ Projects Quality Control Manager - Federal Construction | Ellsworth AFB, SD

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all quality control efforts across civil and structural scopes
• Conduct daily inspections and manage subcontractor compliance
• Facilitate preparatory and follow-up meetings to ensure first-time quality
• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for all QC activities
• Collaborate with safety and project teams to prevent non-conformance
• Track and report quality metrics including rework costs and performance indicators

Qualifications

• 10+ years of federal construction experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with CAPA processes and safety regulations
• Preferred : Certified Quality Control Manager (CQCM), EM 385-1-1 Safety Certification
• Experience with USACE/NAVFAC and RMS (Resident Management System) is a plus
