The Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled and adventurous Traveling Photographer to join our team. You’ll be the creative engine behind our 360°ree; tour production, traveling to schools nationwide to capture stunning visuals that bring campuses to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on the road, is meticulous about their craft, and can deliver high-quality digital content on a consistent basis.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to 2+ schools per week across the U.S. to capture 360°ree; photography, video, and supporting content.
Collaborate with our production and client success teams to execute each shoot plan.
Operate and maintain specialized 360°ree; and VR camera equipment.
Capture consistent, high-quality content that aligns with CampusReel’s standards and style guides.
Perform on-site troubleshooting and adapt quickly to changing conditions (weather, lighting, scheduling).
Handle media management, file organization, and delivery to CampusReel’s editing team.
Represent CampusReel professionally when interfacing with school staff, administrators, and students.
Qualifications
3+ years professional photography or videography experience (experience with 360°ree;/VR cameras a major plus).
Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and post-production workflows.
Excellent organizational skills, with proven ability to manage travel schedules and deliver projects on time.
Comfort with extensive travel (air + ground) ~75–90% of the year.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with school clients and student talent.
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and U.S. work authorization required.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $60,000–$90,000 base , commensurate with experience.
All travel costs (airfare, hotels, meals, transport) fully covered.
