About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Sales & Success to lead the complete revenue lifecycle, with a focus on new member acquisition, retention, and B2B sales. This high-impact leadership role involves managing a team of 6-8 revenue professionals, including sellers and member success managers, and is responsible for driving growth while maintaining industry-leading retention rates. The successful candidate will be expected to own end-to-end revenue performance, develop and execute integrated acquisition and retention strategies, and set and achieve ambitious growth targets. Key responsibilities also include championing the adoption of AI-powered sales and success tools, leading new member sales efforts, and driving world-class retention through proactive member success strategies. Applicants for the VP, Sales & Success role at the company should have 8-12+ years of revenue experience, with a minimum of 4-5 years in leadership roles. A proven track record in B2C or hybrid B2B/B2C sales, particularly in membership, subscription, or community-based businesses, is essential. The role requires a deep understanding of member lifecycle management, retention strategies, and expansion motions, as well as experience in driving GRR improvements and building high-performing customer or member success organizations. The ideal candidate will have a background in professional development, learning, or membership organizations, and hands-on experience with AI-powered sales and customer success platforms.
