Seasonal Virtual Call Center Agent

We help clients with sales, customer service inquiries, order status assistance and help troubleshooting customer portals.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year of call center experience (sales or customer service)
• Must have your own computer (desktop or laptop with a 4-core processor) with webcam -
  • NO CHROMEBOOKS, Ipads/Tablets OR Macbooks
• ** Must have a wired USB headset with a microphone ** ( Please use this in your interview )
• Reliable and dependable
• Experience with data entry and word processing is required
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced position with attention to detail and accuracy
• Must possess basic computer knowledge
• Team oriented with a positive, can do attitude
• Fluent in writing, reading & speaking English

Qualifications:

• 2 Monitors/Screens- required for most projects
• Two years or more experience in a call center environment (sales or customer service)
• Experience in Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM, DialPad is a definite plus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers daily
• Being on time each day and having strong communication with your LEC contacts
• Providing customer service with empathy and care
• Ensure client needs are met

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14-15 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday: 10 AM - 10 PM Central (11 AM-11 PM EST)
• Sunday: 12 PM - 5 PM Central (1 PM-6 PM EST)
• 1-week of Training M - F: 8 AM - 4 PM Central (9 AM-5 PM EST)
• Seasonal Role: most likely through the Holiday season ending in January

• Call center: 1 year (Required)
