We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our diverse and collaborative team. The Warehouse Manager will focus on driving operational excellence and leading the warehouse team with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities

The Warehouse Manager will lead a team to facilitate the accurate handling of loading/unloading heavy machinery and parts as efficiently, safely, and productively as possible. Ensure prompt outbound shipments are packaged, loaded, and dispatched safely, timely, efficiently, and proper records are maintained. Handle management responsibilities for the team members under their supervision as well as developing and implementing team goals. Responsibilities may also include maintenance issues, personnel issues, training, operations, safety, inventory control, customer service, and logistics issues.

• Understands, implements, and upholds safe warehouse operations and working conditions
• Manages warehouse operations and organization by establishing and monitoring guidelines/best practices
• Ensures processes are followed, holds accountability, and implements new processes when needed
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning for incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently
• Achieves financial objectives by reducing errors in shipping and receiving and monitoring costs
• Influences the team to practice continuous improvement in quality of customer deliveries
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on accomplished work results
• Contributes to warehouse team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Leads and documents safety meetings for warehouse personnel
• Works closely with Logistics Department and other management to plan accordingly for smooth flow of incoming/outbound shipments
• Work as a team as needed to help the organization grow

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in warehouse management or a related leadership role
• Proven experience leading regular safety meetings and promoting a culture of safety throughout the workplace
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage, coach, and motivate warehouse teams
• Hands-on experience in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding warehouse personnel
• In-depth knowledge of 5S and Six Sigma principles to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient facility
• Proficient in using ERP systems to support warehouse operations and inventory management
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Highly detail-oriented with strong initiative and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as part of daily operations
• Forklift operation experience, including loading and unloading heavy equipment from containers or flatbed trucks, is preferred
