**Warehouse PM Supervisor**

**Summary/Objectives:**
This position is responsible for assisting in the unloading and loading process of product for delivery.
**Essential Functions:**
- Communicate Safety Policies and ensure compliance throughout warehouse for all employees
- Ensure all product is loaded, staged or communicated why it wasn't able to be. Have a plan for the AM crew if need be.
- Ensure housekeeping meets standards throughout the entire warehouse.
- Ensure company needs are addresses and communicated
- Motivate and align all personnel to the standard operating procedures and company best practices.
- Problem solve and execute on all challenges that arrive within the PM shift.
- Ensure all Semi trucks are moved into place, to be loaded.
- Take a partner for all long term issues, and help with work around.
- Deliver Feedback to the team, positive and negative around their picking speed, pace, and performance throughout the warehouse.
- Make systematic/physical inventory moves, adjustments to correct inventory.
Must be able to manage productivity of the team, coach performance, and problem solve on the fly.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
Must have attention to detail
Forklift certification is not required but strongly preferred
Must understand product codes and rotation policies
Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
**Physical Requirements**
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Standing, walking, bending and twisting
Must be able to lift and carry 40lbs consistently
Regularly lift and/or move 25lbs, occasionally lift and/or move 100lbs
**Education and Experience**
High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required

**Compensation and Benefits Information:**
Pay Range:
$58,000 - $63,000 + 10% annual Pay for Performance
