Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Design Engineer to lead and support new product development, cost reduction, and quality improvement projects. This is a 1st shift on site position M-F.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and/or support electrical design initiatives for new products and improvement projects.
• Develop and refine electrical designs ensuring alignment with performance, safety, and cost targets.
• Coordinate with drafting teams to ensure accurate and timely creation of electrical drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical components into overall product design.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met.
• Support design validation and testing activities and troubleshoot issues during development and production phases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a closely related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical design, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial equipment environment.
• Familiarity with electrical components such as harnesses, contactors, relays, etc.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for effective coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar software) is a plus.

Pay Details: 41.00 per hour
