Position: Window Cleaning Technician We’re seeking a reliable and friendly Window Cleaning Technician to join our team, helping to keep storefronts, homes, and local properties spotless while delivering exceptional service to our community.
Responsibilities:
Complete window cleaning routes—typically within one local area.
Clean residential windows and commercial projects (e.g., office buildings).
Wash awnings and perform pressure washing of sidewalks and building facades.
Provide estimates for potential jobs when needed.
Handle payments, issue change, and accurately complete work orders.

Monday through Friday schedule with optional weekend work.

Requirements:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Punctual and dependable for consistent morning start times.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and work outdoors.
Comfortable climbing ladders (though most jobs use ground-based poles).
Reliable Automobile transportation with valid liability insurance.
Ability to read maps and follow route directions.
Schedule:
Work generally begins in the early morning before most businesses open and finishes by mid-afternoon. Approximate hours range 7:00am - 3:00pm
