We are seeking a dedicated and outgoing individual to join our team as a  Customer Service Agent . In this  work-from-home role, you will be responsible for planning and booking exceptional sports trips for leisure clients to various global destinations. As a  Virtual Customer Service  Assistant , you will guide clients through the research and booking process, ensuring they enjoy memorable, well-organized experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs, offering expert advice on destinations, transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
• Plan and arrange transportation, accommodations, travel insurance, and additional services to create comprehensive travel itineraries.
• Use effective communication and sales techniques to present clients with appealing travel packages, including event tickets, hotels, airline reservations, and car rentals.
• Provide exceptional customer support throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless travel planning experience.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, travel arrangements, and other relevant information.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach (experience in sales is a plus).
• Access to a smartphone with internet connectivity; a laptop is recommended but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial, but not required.
