Become the Wound Care Nurse you always wanted to be - Oversee and develop wound care services in adherence to regulatory standards and physician orders.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to provide guidance on wound care treatments.
- Lead educational efforts for hospital staff on wound care topics, as well as educating patient and family members on wounds and wound care.
- Maintain continuous education and stay updated on the latest wound care techniques and advancements.
- Administers medication per policy and licensure regulations and completes appropriate documentation.
Qualifications - LPN license active in the state.
- Certification in Wound Care and Management.
- CPR certification required.
- Continuous updating of wound care knowledge through seminars and professional organizations is required.
- Minimum two years of experience in wound care.
