Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative and sustainable architectural solutions for various projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial developments. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural designs and plans to clients and stakeholders.
• Create detailed construction documents and specifications for projects.
• Utilize Revit to produce 3D models and provide accurate representations of design concepts.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including engineers and contractors, to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and materials to incorporate into design work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Licensed Architect with relevant certifications.
• Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp is a plus.
• Strong understanding of drafting techniques and construction documents.
• Experience in designing commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
