Great opportunity for an ambitious attorney to join a prestigious litigation firm. If you're seeking challenging and complex litigation work alongside renowned attorneys, this position offers exceptional professional growth and development opportunities.

You'll be fully immersed in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit claim investigation through trial and appeal. The incoming attorney with work directly with a senior partner and focus on a diverse mix of professional liability, general liability, premises liability, product liability, commercial disputes, and insurance coverage claims. We are seeking candidates comfortable managing cases from inception to close.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead defense strategy for diverse civil defense matters
• Conduct thorough case investigations and develop strategic defense approaches
• Handle all aspects of written discovery
• Execute sophisticated motion practice
• Take and defend depositions, sometimes independently
• Participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings
• Prepare for and participate in trials and appeals
• Conduct comprehensive legal and factual research

Interested candidates should have 2-5 years of civil defense experience and have strong legal writing skills. This is a full time role with excellent benefits, quarterly and annual bonuses, a competitive base salary (120k-185k commensurate with experience), and great opportunity for professional growth. Job Details

Interested candidates must be admitted to practice in Georgia and currently live in the Atlanta area. Additional qualifications:

• 2-5 years of defense litigation experience
• Exceptional analytical and critical reasoning abilities
• Strong legal research and written/oral advocacy skills
• Strategic thinking and quick adaptation in dynamic situations
• Outstanding verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Demonstrated client-focused approach
• Ability to excel both independently and in team environments
• Prior deposition experience
