*Ideal Candidate*

You are an experienced estate planning attorney who works independently, exercises strong professional judgment, and communicates clearly with clients. You collaborate effectively with senior attorneys and take ownership of matters.

Leadership roles encouraged and welcomed.

*Required Qualifications:*

* Five or more years of experience in estate planning and trust and estate administration
* Experience with post-death and ongoing trust administration
* Strong exposure to real estate transactions and family investment structures
* Familiarity with asset protection planning and business entities
* Working knowledge of trust income taxation and trust procedures
* Excellent client communication and drafting skills

*Additional strengths:*

* Ties to Marin County or the North San Francisco Bay Area
* Existing client relationships
* Specialist certifications
