Precision HR is hiring a highly motivated entry level Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish & English). The Bilingual Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruiting as well as miscellaneous administrative duties. This position requires candidates to commute on-site to our Bryn Mawr, PA office daily.

Hours:
M-F 10:00am to 6:30pm (must commute to office daily)

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience preferred, Administrative and Customer Service experience required
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (fluent written and verbal communication)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.


• Conduct phone interviews, skill assessments, and inperson or virtual interviews with candidates in both English and Spanish to evaluate qualifications


• Provide administrative support to Recruiting team and Payroll team
