Otolaryngology

Fargo, ND

Essentia Health – Fargo, North Dakota. Opportunity for an Otolaryngologist to join an established, and growing team within a stable, clinician-led, organization in a community with an exceptional quality of life.

Practice Specifics:

• Join an existing busy practice with three excellent partners, three Advanced Practice Providers, three Audiologists and a full time Allergy Nurse
• Excellent referrals from more than 20 regional centers.
• Anticipated schedule at clinic location: 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday with anticipated office patients around 22-27 per day. Call 1:5 
• Dedicated block operating room time each week: Surgeries average 40 per physician per month
• Average inpatient practice volume per week approximately 0-3/week
• Trauma call is an option

Compensation

$500,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
