Compensation: $12.00 hr. + Tips Title: Bomba's Nightclub - Bartender
Job Purpose Step into the underground energy of Bomba's Nightclub, a hidden nightlife escape located in the basement of The Puttery. As a Bomba's Bartender, you will be at the center of the action, creating unforgettable guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires sharp bartending skills, situational awareness, and a protective presence to maintain a safe, vibrant atmosphere. You'll craft signature cocktails with precision, manage high-volume service under nightclub conditions, and contribute to the electric energy that keeps our guests coming back.
Responsibilities - Deliver high-energy, engaging service that enhances the nightlife experience.
- Craft and serve specialty cocktails and beverages quickly and accurately under high-volume conditions.
- Maintain strong situational awareness to ensure guest and staff safety at all times.
- Act as a protective presence at the bar, calmly diffusing tense situations and escalating when appropriate.
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Keep bar areas clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service.
- Stay informed on cocktail trends and house specialties to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Collaborate with security and management to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Additional Information Qualifications and Skills - Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum 3+ years of high-volume bartending experience, preferably in a nightclub or upscale nightlife venue.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails, and current beverage trends.
- Excellent situational awareness with a calm, authoritative presence under pressure.
- Exceptional verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Physical stamina and agility to stand for long hours and navigate busy spaces.
Physical Requirements - Ability to stand and move continuously for extended shifts, including maneuvering up and down stairs.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
