Caregiver Responsibilities: Assist with personal care Provide occasional house cleaning, and laundry, and assist with meal preparation Transport clients to appointments and daily errands Caregiver Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, or one year of in-home care services experience Able to pass a criminal background check Reliable transportation. Addus has implemented comprehensive safety policies based on CDC guidelines designed to promote workplace safety. We are providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including gloves, face masks, hand sanitizer, and anti-bacterial soap to our employees. Employees (and their families) may be eligible for medical and dental insurance through the SEIU 775 and their respective Health Trust. Employees may also be eligible to enroll in the SEIU Secure Retirement Plan (SRP). Employees will receive 1 hour of PTO for every 23 hours worked, with a maximum of 125 hours. Employees are eligible for 1.5 times their base pay for work performed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
