Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)'s Needed!

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full Time Aides joining the team

Same Day Pay Option

Pay rate: $17.00- $28.50 per hour (based on experience, benefit status, and shift differentials)

Per Diem pay rate: $24.00 per hour

Weekend Warrior pay rate: $25 per hour (requirement to work every Saturday & Sunday with the 6th weekend off on rotation)

Pay in Lieu of Benefits for Full Time Staff: extra $5.00 per hour

To join this team please have the following requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active current CNA license in the state of Massachusetts
• Prior CNA experience in a nursing home preferred
• An ability to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
• Primary series of the COVID Vaccine required (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption)

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Weekend availability! (either every other weekend or work five in a row and get the sixth weekend off)
• Provide basic resident care under direction of nursing staff
• Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, or moving residents
• Provide health/supportive services to ensure all resident needs are met
