The Banking group in the Chicago office is looking for a mid-level associate (Class of 2020-2018), with general finance experience, including drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements and other loan documents, UCC experience as well as general corporate experience. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred.
The starting base salary for this Chicago position is expected to be between $365,000 $420,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
