Green Energy Biofuel is seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief Financial Officer to help lead our next phase of growth. As a mission-driven company transforming waste into renewable resources, we need a CFO who is more than a number-crunchersomeone who can advise the CEO, guide capital allocation, and shape our financial future.

renewable resources. We are embedded in the renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel
supply chain, redefining what waste recovery looks like across the Southeast and beyond. With

Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategy and growth initiatives.
Lead financial planning, capital allocation, and M&A activities.
Deliver budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting to drive decision-making.
Ensure compliance, oversee risk management, and maintain audit readiness.
Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred).
10+ years in senior finance leadership roles (asset-heavy industries a plus).
Experience with M&A, capital raises, and scaling finance operations.
Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills.
