About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as the operational cornerstone, driving the internal transformation necessary to support the organization's rapid growth and ambitious mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for program execution and team management, overseeing the implementation of various initiatives and leading a dedicated team. This role also involves external relations, alliance building, and financial development, including nurturing relationships with donors, allied organizations, and community leaders. The Chief of Staff will be expected to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all administrative and daily operations, lead a positive team culture, and make critical decisions in the president's absence. Candidates for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' experience in a similar or senior supervisory role, with a strong preference for those with a background in public policy or biblical worldview ministry.
