We're seeking a Chief of Staff who will be the operational backbone of Interface, working with the team in our SF office, 6 days a week. You'll work directly with the CEO on the companys most critical priorities, including day-to-day operations, GTM, product planning, customer success, fundraising, and other strategic initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in organized chaos and can build just enough process to keep us efficient without slowing us down.
