My Gym is an amazing place because it allows you to work with children in a fun environment AND also be involved in the high-level processes of running a small business. Our core product is our amazing classes and parties; so, of course, your training begins within these areas.

As a lead teacher, you will be working hands-on, teaching Mommy and Me classes for babies/toddlers and their parents as well as physical education classes for preschool and grade school kids. As you become a proficient lead teacher, youll begin learning:

• Our back-end systems
• Administration
• Sales
• Training, etc.
