Job Title: Commercial Operations Project Manager
Location: Lake Forest, IL
Duration: 12 months
What Youll Do
Lead and manage cross-functional commercial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and successful delivery.
Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives across Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs.
Analyze complex data to develop insights, performance reports, and executive presentations that support strategic decision-making.
Establish and monitor project KPIs, assess risks, and proactively remove roadblocks to ensure success.
Support development and implementation of tools, strategies, and processes to enhance commercial performance.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
4+ years of experience in project management, commercial operations, or business excellence roles.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and drive organizational change.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Power BI; experience with project management tools.
Lean Six Sigma and/or Agile methodology experience preferred.
