Job Title: Community Health Nurse
Location: Cheverly, MD

Responsibilities:

• Collect and record routine health data, including vital signs, on assigned clients and administer state-required immunizations.
• Record data and care provided on appropriate documents in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Adhere to local, state, and federal guidelines regarding client confidentiality and privacy rights.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations governing registered nursing practice.
• Use a computer proficiently (e.g., Microsoft Office, EHR, Internet).
• Register and schedule clients according to guidelines provided in training.
• Attend all assigned trainings, seminars, and conferences.
• Contribute as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to travel between sites if required.

Qualifications:

• RN licensure in the State of Maryland is required.
