Our part-time position offers the potential for additional hours as needed. This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. Compensation & Benefits $18.50 to $22.50 per hour with Daily Pay available (paid biweekly) Both PTO (Paid Time Off) and PST (Paid Sick Time) 401(k) with Match Great Place To Work for 7 years running Ongoing training and development opportunities Nationally recognized programs for Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors, veterans, and their families Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients Communicate with clients' families to provide updates on their well‑being Report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements & Preferences Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance Ability to pass a background check Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow a care plan Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed Previous experience in caregiving or a related role preferred EEOC Statement Senior Helpers is an equal‑opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
