OysterLink is the newest and fastest growing restaurant & hospitality job site. The site just launched recently and is generating over 300,000 monthly visitors organically. We are seeking an SEO expert with previous successful track record of growing sites to serious numbers with strong onsite technical knowledge to work with our internal development, content and other teams to get results and has following skills: Advanced keyword research & semantic search optimization Competitor analysis & gap identification On-page & content optimization for search intent & topical authority Link building strategy development & local SEO strategy Structured data & schema for rich snippets & AI entity recognition Content clustering for topical authority & semantic coverage Technical SEO (crawlability, indexing, site structure, canonicalization) Core Web Vitals & site speed optimization Site audits & collaboration with dev teams Analytics tools: GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Clarity/Hotjar Advanced reporting (Data Studio/Looker) Goal for this position Drive our restaurant & hospitality job portal from 350,000 organic monthly to 1+ million targeted organic US visitors by Mid 2026 through expert SEO strategy, content optimization, and competitive organic ranking dominance. Required Qualifications Minimum 7 years of proven SEO experience covering all skills defined here Proven track record of growing brands online through SEO with site examples we can review on Ahrefs, ensure at least 1 website has over 1 million visitors and growing Excellent English speaking and writing skills Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and measure results Ability to create and present monthly reports on team performance with KPI’s in executive meetings Strong knowledge of content marketing and best content creation practices for SEO results Proven knowledge to overcome challenges and ‘out of the box thinking’ to get results and beat competitors in organic rankings OysterLink offers competitive salaries, yearly growth opportunities and profit sharing.
