As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you’ll be the voice of the brand, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for customers. You’ll collaborate with sales professionals, manage inquiries across multiple channels, and support account and order processes. • Responsibilities / Essential Duties Act as a liaison by managing both incoming and outgoing calls, emails, or live chat support
• Ensure the best experience possible, regardless of the communication channel
• Collaborate with sales professionals to deliver a high-end customer experience
• Take ownership of account interactions from start to finish
• Provide thoughtful, personalized responses to a variety of customer requests, including:
• General inquiries
• Account creation
• Pricing
• Product orders/returns
• Billing inquiries
• Payments
