Job Details Job Location Phoenix AZ - Phoenix, AZ Salary Range $19.00 - $24.00 Hourly Description The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting operational functions for data management. Additionally, this role is responsible for producing, tracking, verifying and distributing loads, files and reports. Responsibilities Data Management & Maintenance Create and maintain codes, parameters, schedules, rates, etc. Produce, verify and distribute reports on a monthly basis. Create, verify and process data loads. Assist with the processing and distribution of vendor files. Assist with the creation of new reports as needed. Provide continuing support and technical guidance. Implementation Support group implementations and migration set up, file layouts, data review, loads, etc. Teamwork Work cooperatively with other team members. Actively participate in team meetings and training activities. Perform additional responsibilities as periodically assigned. Qualifications Education/Certification: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience (minimum) Skills/Abilities: Proven problem solving and analytical skills. Basic understanding of MS Office. Detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy. Strong dedication to follow-through on all tasks and assignments. Ability to follow detailed instructions and vendor correspondence independently. Strong interpretation of reports/data extracts in a variety of file layouts and ability to identify errors/issues. Ability to sit for long periods of time operating a computer keyboard. Ability to organize, set priorities, work independently and complete multiple projects within established deadlines. Professional, client-focused approach to colleagues and assignments.
