Work Environment:
This role operates in both office and active construction site settings. The office provides modern amenities and a collaborative workspace with frequent computer and technology use. Site visits involve exposure to uneven terrain, varying weather conditions, and noise levels ranging from quiet to loud.
Physical Requirements:
The role requires flexibility to perform duties in both office and field settings. Employees must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, walk and climb on-site, and occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The role may require lifting up to 80 pounds and navigating stairs, ladders, and uneven surfaces. Specific vision (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, focus) and hearing abilities are necessary for safe and effective communication.
